Breathe!
Nowadays, as we all are wearing masks daily - as it is - its getting difficult to breathe. But you can't avoid wearing one. Before the COVID condition it was pollution, that made it difficult to breathe.
But it's not always the physical or climatic conditions around us that are solely responsible for difficulty in breathing. Sometimes it's our hectic schedules, our life styles that makes us forget to stop and breathe.
Yes! It is essential to pause once in a while to breathe! Collecting our thoughts, making space, reassembling things and getting ready to face the next moment, the next challenge our life is going to throw at us....
Sometimes we have to breathe to let some pulse, for us, to choose what's right or wrong, to proceed further...
In this new age all are running; and I don't mean 'Marathons'😜... but am talking about our pace, the way we are gushing, hurrying through it all. Everybody wants to get there, on the top ASAP. But as John De Paulo says - " Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you." We need to take it steady and unhurried. So Breathe In, Breathe Out and Move On.......
What if its a bad day? It's not a bad life right? So just breathe! Do the best with what you have and how much you can! Forget and ignore even if someone's judging you. Put it all away and just breathe...
Trust yourself and be proud of where you are today! It took alot of courage and efforts for you to be there. If you ain't satisfied then buckle up and look into what more you can do to reach there. But don't forget to take a deep breath before you plunge in.
If the past is hurting you...breathe it out too...and breathe in the future. Look ahead with your chin up. Advance with new hope, positivity and confidence. And keep reminding yourself to halt and breathe, once in a while.
In Yoga, the Pranayaam encourages us to breathe..Inhale and Exhale. This also means releasing anything that doesn't serve you - just throw out what's troubling you and take in that's beneficial for you and your wellbeing.
It's always going to be okay - don't worry - Breathe!
JUI.
