Loving someone is a heavenly feeling, isn't it? But shouldn't this feeling, this emotion be revealed to the one you love? Because, that's when your love will be crowned.


'I want to tell the world how much I love you, but I would appear like a fool if I did'. So, I am in this category. I might be a fool to accept it too!


"He loves me and I can tell", my mind was smart that way. I knew from his gestures, his polite conversations, his tiny acts of affinity. It was quite apparent.  He was always straightforward when it came to show love. He proposed to me, didn't bother if we were crossing the road, didn't bother if it wasn't a lavish or celebrated proposal. Most important thing was letting me know, how much he loves me.....certainly, that's all that matters!


Even if I came across as a bold and a dauntless woman, revealing love, is something that made me timid. Should I hold his hand? Or will it be a brash move? Should I wear his favourite perfume? Or would it feel like I am frenzied? No I shouldn't. And I confine myself in my perception.





Revealing love is a bit daring for folks like me.

Love ceases to be a pleasure, when it ceases to be a secret ~ Aphra Behn.


Absolutely, I agree with this behen...I mean Behn.


But again, if you don't tell, how does one know? Planning surprise dates, giving flowers, bouquets, gifts could be a form of revealing love. Teasing, making fun, annoying them slightly and then making them laugh, could also be a form of expressing love.


He makes me laugh, he makes fun of me, he takes care of my needs, he showers me with gifts, he corrects me when I am wrong, he rebukes me, but do I take him for granted?

"You know I love you", is what I say. Of course he knows that, but is it sufficient to say 'I love you'? Actions speak louder than words..don't they?


There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved ~ George Sand.


I will take this advice from Mr.Sand and make sure I keep revealing my love to him on different instances.

  And 2024 ends..... What a roller coaster ride!  Every year passes by and the new year comes afore, leaving you with something and making you leave something.  It would be quite odd if time doesn't indoctrinate our minds. Moira : Bound to happen! Chapter - 1.

She was sitting on the bench under the huge tree. Its extensive branches covered few more benches around. The park was a hangout place for teenagers. It was a playground for children and a perfect site for the exercise enthusiasts. People jogged, wearing headphones, determined to shed those extra kilos and be fitter, sticking to their new year resolutions, was a familiar sight here.  Yuga wasn't feeling the vibe today. She had left home as usual, early in the morning, in her tracks and tee to run a few miles, but after three rounds she just sat down on the bench. What's your plan?

 "You've to score good grades at school!" "You've to do your Olympiads!" "You need to have a co-curricular activity or some sports activity!" "You should be able to dance or sing or play a musical instrument!" Oh my my! So much pressure on these little one's learning to adapt and traverse the lanes and by lanes of this complicated world. "But its a rat race! He/she needs to figure it out sooner. Studies, career, universities, the stress builds up as they advance into their grades (classes), isn't it?" Yes, true. It's a tough task for the coming generations. Population is ever increasing. Even though the colleges and courses are increasing in numbers but we have no say on the quality of education they impart. Also the leading universities and colleges are always the first priority, obviously. So the newbies are looked down upon. Also the reservations hinder the paths of many. Well, so what score is a good enough score...
