Never have I ever - Tale 4.
"Never have I ever seen snowfall, I mean not on television and movies, I mean actually experiencing it with my very own eyes", I blurted aloud. Mr. Hubby, as calm as he is always, "You know I don't like to be in snow. I hate chilly weather".
I love snowfall. I crave to go to that frosty site, whenever I see it in movies. The heroine, clad in chiffon saari and sleeveless blouse, of colours red, yellow, purple....a Sridevi from Tere mere honthon pe or a Juhi Chawla from Tu mere samane....I wish I could enact the scene. "You will die of cold", Mr. Hubby uttered, as though reading my mind.
Fascination for snow, might be influenced by bollywood, but has been there for years now. The snow clad mountains looking like vanilla icecream had been my favourite scenery to draw in school. I always wanted to play in the snow covered turf, sliding down the pearly hills. Throwing snow balls at my hubby, irritating him a little bit and dodging as he throws one at me. "Your aim isn't as good as mine though", Mr. Hubby uttered again. "Is he really reading my mind?", I became leery and exclaimed.
Visiting a snowy place with your partner is the best thing to do. The weather is perfect to enjoy the cosiness. Holding hands walking down the icey path, what is bliss, if not this?
"If you want to enjoy cosiness then isn't it better to stay in the hotel?", Mr
Hubby winked at me.
"Whats going on?", I thought. Mr. Hubby had suddenly become a clairvoyant or something?Or is he possessed? How can he read my mind?
I looked at him suspiciously. "What?"... He gave a furtive smile. "What's going on here?", I interrogated him. He pointed towards the TV set. I turned back to see and facepalmed myself. I had mirrored my mobile screen onto the TV, to watch the webseries. And in the middle of it had suddenly started writing my blog, when an idea struck my mind.
He was reading it all the while and countering my thoughts.
I grinned and sat besides him on the couch. I tickled him to grab the remote. He snatched it and asudden, the news channel switched on. They were reporting snowfall in Mahableshwar.
I dwindled my eyes, puckered my lips and gave a pleading glance at him, now it was him who facepalmed himself.
