 I know your ethics won't permit you to discuss about your cases. But Tarun why has Prithvi consulted you? Is everything okay with him?, Dharaa's tone was anxious. 

Yes doc of course, akin to you, I follow work ethics too. But looking at your reaction I can tell you this, Prithvi isn't my client. He's the defendant**. Person that approached me wants to file a lawsuit against him...but, Tarun said.


Have you decided to fight the case?, Dharaa asked.

Hey relax Dharaa! That's what I was about to tell you. I haven't accepted the job yet. Actually I've found some loop holes in the plaintiff's** side. Hey but first tell me who is this Prithvi Rathod and what do I don't know that is happening? We will discuss this case later, Tarun was inquisitive. 

Did you forget about the patient I had told you at the lunch-home? Prithvi?, Dharaa said.

Tarun recalled the story. So I was right. This handsome guy has stolen your heart. And you've a soft corner for him and now you are imploring me, to be inoffensive to him, Tarun guessed the background tale.

Dharaa thought that it would be better to agree with Tarun instead of arguing. Also she couldn't reveal more about Prithvi. So she coyly smiled. 

Now that you know, please tell me what's the case about, she probed.

The plaintiff has a land in the outskirts of the city. Prithvi's land is right next to that. Plaintiff has implicated that there is an encroachment from Prithvi's side, Tarun narrated as he flipped through the papers. 

Doctor Kamra? Is he the plaintiff, Dharaa exclaimed as she saw the papers.

Is he a doctor from your hospital?, Tarun went through the papers again.

Dharaa nodded, Not just a doctor. A very senior and influential doctor. Tarun I bet, this is just to hound Prithvi. He is a forthright and dedicated professor. I know him personally, he won't rob someone off something, Dharaa validated. 

Dharaa thought, Now I get it. They are trying to attack Prithvi from all sides. They couldn't get rid of him so now they want to impede him this way.

But Dharaa don't worry, even if we are a small firm, we've morals in place and you know that. We don't side with malicious folks, Tarun tried to justify his stand.

Dharaa shook her head in agreement. 

Dharaa you had said you need to tell me something that Ayushi shouldn't know, what's that?, Tarun asked.

Tarun...it's...it's about the higher authorities in our hospital. There's something wrong going on. I don't know exactly but I want to find out. And it could be dangerous, I don't want Ayushi to get involved, so...., Dharaa narrated. 

Tarun pacified her, Don't worry I'll help you. Let's not tell Ayushi for time being. 

Do you have Prithvi's number?, Dharaa asked arching her eyebrows.

Dharaa I didn't know you are a stalker. One-sided love is it? You haven't exchanged your numbers...hmmm, Tarun turned the document towards Dharaa. You saw it by chance, I didn't give it to you, he said turning a blind eye while Dharaa saved the number.


**Defendant  - A person who is accused of something in the court of law.

**Plaintiff - A person who starts legal action against someone in the court of law.

She was sitting on the bench under the huge tree. Its extensive branches covered few more benches around. The park was a hangout place for teenagers. It was a playground for children and a perfect site for the exercise enthusiasts. People jogged, wearing headphones, determined to shed those extra kilos and be fitter, sticking to their new year resolutions, was a familiar sight here.  Yuga wasn't feeling the vibe today.  "You've to score good grades at school!" "You've to do your Olympiads!" "You need to have a co-curricular activity or some sports activity!" "You should be able to dance or sing or play a musical instrument!" Oh my my! So much pressure on these little one's learning to adapt and traverse the lanes and by lanes of this complicated world. "But its a rat race! He/she needs to figure it out sooner. Studies, career, universities, the stress builds up as they advance into their grades (classes), isn't it?" Yes, true. It's a tough task for the coming generations. Population is ever increasing. Even though the colleges and courses are increasing in numbers but we have no say on the quality of education they impart. Also the leading universities and colleges are always the first priority, obviously. So the newbies are looked down upon. Also the reservations hinder the paths of many.
