Dharaa rushed to open the door. Clad in black, from top to bottom, wearing a cap and sunglasses, Prithvi was standing there. 

I couldn't recognise you, Dharaa said as he entered the house.

That was the whole idea, Prithvi said as he looked straight into her eyes, taking off his sunglasses. He looked around. Sundar was sitting on the couch in the living room, while Ayushi was leaning against the opposite wall, glancing at Prithvi, curiously.

She is Ayushi, my best friend, Dharaa introduced her to Prithvi. And this is Prithvi.

Hello!, Prithvi said as Ayushi smiled back. 

So they know about me?, Prithvi asked Dharaa. 

Only Ayushi knows. Haven't told Sundar, Dharaa replied.

Rathod Sir? How come you are here? You left the hospital that day and doctor Mam was so worried, Sundar said as Prithvi came in.

Hello, Sundar. Yes your doctor Mam has already scolded me for that, Prithvi said glancing at Dharaa.

Prithvi, Sundar has evidence that will help your mission. Also I've received text from my team members. They have things to share too. Sundar please tell everything in detail to Rathod Sir. He is on our side and will help us out, Dharaa said.

Is he a policeman? Will I get in trouble Mam? I can't take any chance, my family must not suffer, Sundar said, still fearful.

I'm not a policeman Sundar, relax. But I've the authority and power to help you. Please tell me, Prithvi tried to calm Sundar down.

Sundar narrated everything in detail. He took out his mobile phone and said, I've recorded the video too. I was worried that no one would believe me.

You are a brave man Sundar and intelligent too. This is a great job that you've done, Prithvi patted Sundar's back. 

Sundar, please don't worry. I will make sure you won't get fired. We are all working together against the injustice. Now go home and rest. And please keep the original video safe. I've transferred the video to my phone too. Don't discuss this with anyone now. I'll make sure you're safe, Prithvi told Sundar. Sundar nodded in agreement and left.

In sometime Ayushi hastened to open the door as the bell rang again. It was Tarun. I texted him to come over. He will help us in this too, Ayushi said looking at Prithvi and Dharaa.

Dharaa glanced at Prithvi, she pursed her lips. I'm sorry but they are all my people and now yours too!...ahem...for the mission I mean, Dharaa made a naïve face. Prithvi gazed at Dharaa with surprise. 

The more the merrier, Ayushi added while Tarun tapped her forehead.

Hi I'm Tarun! I'm a lawyer and Dharaa's close friend, Tarun extended his hand towards Prithvi for a handshake. 

Prithvi gripped his hand tightly when he heard the word close-friend. He looked at Dharaa. 

He is my boyfriend, Ayushi said as she tried to pull back Tarun's hand from Prithvi's grip. Prithvi suddenly let go after hearing what Ayushi said. Tarun chuckled.


The four of them discussed about the case. Tarun told Prithvi about the lawsuit which the hospital people were planning to file against him. 

I got your number from Tarun's office when I got to know about the case there, Dharaa told Prithvi.

 Oh! Don't worry about the case Tarun, your name will not be mentioned anywhere. Our department values secrecy. This is confidential information and must not get leaked by any means. We've collected a lot of evidences too. All this had started a long time ago. When I had collapsed the other day and Dharaa brought me to the same hospital, I was sceptical. But then I witnessed the overwhelming casualties brought in that day and our apprehension was even more aided. Hospital is carrying out mal-practices with the help of anti-social elements. Higher authorities and doctors are also involved. I wanted to find out more so I had made a call, but the seniors asked me to leave immediately. I was being watched and attacked several times. But thanks to your friend, I'm hale and hearty, Prithvi told Tarun.

Mr. Agent, you are not hale and hearty yet. I need to dress up your wound again, Dharaa whispered to Prithvi. 

Our people are watching doctor, Prithvi replied in a lower tone, raising his eyebrows.

And what's your deal? Is this highly confidential too?, Tarun and Ayushi smirked and asked, looking at Prithvi and Dharaa.

She was sitting on the bench under the huge tree. Its extensive branches covered few more benches around. The park was a hangout place for teenagers. It was a playground for children and a perfect site for the exercise enthusiasts. People jogged, wearing headphones, determined to shed those extra kilos and be fitter, sticking to their new year resolutions, was a familiar sight here.  Yuga wasn't feeling the vibe today.
