"Yes these are my car keys. Where did you find them?", Manasi's tone became gentler as she looked at the little girl. The girl was wearing the same blue uniform, with her hair tied in two piggy tails. Her cheeks were red as she had sprinted along the footpath. Manasi kept glancing at her from head to toe.

"I thought I had found a four-leaf clover so I picked it up from the road. But then I saw the keys", the girl answered, as she caught her breath. Manasi took the keys, smiling gently. "Thank you for finding them. Do you like clover leaf too?", she asked. "Yes! I have a clover bag, a clover mug and a clover pendant too", the girl said.

"That's lovely", Manasi said and looked around. "Why are you alone here", Manasi was about to ask when a middle aged man came running towards them.

"Princess! Why did you run so fast?", he gasped while talking. "Look my bag has four-leaf clover too", girl pointed towards the bag that the man was carrying.

"I was returning the car keys to this beautiful lady", girl talked to the man. The man bent down with hands on his kness, to catch his breath. "Uncle, this aunty....lady...umm...she likes clover too", added the little girl. The girl stared at Manasi, her eyes were twinkling like stars.

"Oh! He's not her dad", Manasi's soliloquy. "What beautiful eyes she has!".

"Princess your dad will get angry if you talk to strangers", the man warned the girl in a hushed voice.

"Oh! I'm sorry. I had lost my keys and she got it for me. Don't worry, I'm leaving", Manasi said to the man.

Manasi bent over to talk to the girl in whispers, "Are you sure you know this man?".

"Yes! He's my driver uncle", replied the girl in the same whispering tone with another cute smile.

Manasi smiled. She felt at ease hearing those words, "That's a relief!", words just slipped from her mouth.

The girl waved a goodbye to her and Manasi stretched her palm in response. The girl left with her driver uncle but Manasi stood there waving her hand in the air for sometime. And the sound of the keys broke her reverie. "Ah! My lucky clover, my car keys", she murmured.
